The Role

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of centres across Western Australia, establishing strong relationships with retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrating lease requirements
  • Managing tenancy schedules
  • Preparing annual income and expenditure budgets
  • Managing bank guarantees
  • Conducting regular centre inspections
  • Establishing relationships with occupiers
  • Providing CAPEX recommendations
  • Supporting marketing and promotional activities
  • Arrears management
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Expense forecasting

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Property industry (Retail management essential)
  • Certificate of Registration / Agent's Rep
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Time management and organisational skills
