Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior professionals to identify and advise on tax issues related to commercial transactions.
• Prepare and review complex tax arrangements and advice, including drafting commercial transactional documents and tax relevant clauses.
• Advise clients on private rulings and tax disputes.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in taxation law.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior professionals and provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
