About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Oceania Satellite Training Academy. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our CTS Division within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain the CTS Division Oceania Satellite Academy, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization.
  • Develop and roll out blended learning initiatives within the CTS Division Oceania Satellite.
  • Implement qualification criteria and knowledge testing for different competence levels.
  • Structure learning objects to meet the needs of our target audience, with pre-requisites and certification.
  • Collaborate with service specialists and field experts to develop basic training courses.
  • Aid service specialists in developing technical training, considering different learning styles.
  • Identify future training needs based on user interest.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent level of knowledge through experience.
  • General technical knowledge, theoretical as well as practical, is required.
  • Experience in developing training programs is a significant asset.
  • Good knowledge of Atlas Copco products and practical knowledge of service and marketing activities in the field.
  • Familiarity with MS Office packages and e-learning packages is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in collaborative teamwork, demonstrating initiative, and the capability to work autonomously.
  • Good communicative skills with the ability to transfer conceptual ideas to others.
