Risk and Compliance | Corporate Sector

We are seeking a dedicated Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 24 hours a week over three days.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring that processes and procedures are in place to identify and manage risks effectively.

Your responsibilities will include the administration and oversight of risk management and compliance efforts, fostering a culture of adherence and risk awareness throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders Managing enterprise risk through comprehensive assessments, action plans, and controls Overseeing business continuity and crisis management strategies Enhancing awareness of effective risk management practices Delivering regular updates to senior leadership on risk management initiatives Facilitating training sessions on enterprise risk management

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, along with CPA or CIA certification Experience in enterprise risk management, ideally with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management Familiarity with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong consulting skills to identify effective solutions Excellent analytical abilities, with effective communication skills across all management levels Initiative and problem-solving capabilities Negotiation and conflict resolution expertise
