Lead Guest Experience Manager

At our luxury trains, we're seeking a leader to deliver exceptional hospitality services and create memorable experiences for our guests.

  • Job Description:
  • As the lead guest experience manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-end hospitality services across onboard accommodation and dining, as well as off-train hosted events in remote regional settings.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Supervise and coordinate onboard crew to ensure the highest standard of hospitality services.
  • 2. Act as the first point of contact for guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 3. Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring all hazards and incidents are reported, investigated, and escalated in accordance with policy.
  • 4. Conduct regular onboard leadership presence, engaging with staff and guests to ensure consistent service standards, gather feedback, and drive continual improvement.
  • 5. Support the recruitment, training, and professional development of hospitality staff, including mentoring new team members and managing team morale during challenging periods.
  • 6. Plan and manage daily crew rosters and staffing hours, ensuring adequate coverage while maintaining compliance with fatigue management protocols.
  • 7. Oversee inventory reviews and stock levels to ensure the availability of essential hospitality and guest supplies.
