Embark on a rewarding journey with our Care Traineeship program in Woodville. As a Trainee Carer, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in aged care while working part-time hours.
This role involves formal training and on-the-job support, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing). You'll be supported by Bupa throughout your training, including payment for your education and assessment.
The formal training component will be delivered in partnership with a reputable training provider, incorporating a mix of online learning, face-to-face instruction, and on-the-job assessment. All training is designed to reflect the requirements of your new role as a Trainee Carer at Bupa.
Upon successful completion of the traineeship, you may transition into a full-time or part-time Carer role within the care home.
To be eligible, you must have valid work rights in Australia and be either an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident. Working holiday visas and student visas with work restrictions are not suitable for this role.
