
Administrative Support Professional

This role supports the Infrastructure and Services Accommodation Leadership team by utilizing process control systems, operating standards, procedures, work instructions, and defined processes to achieve optimal performance outcomes.
The officer provides direction aligned with organizational strategy and values and verifies compliance with contract scope.
The position covers a large geographical area, including villages and housing portfolios across Moranbah, Dysart, and third-party villages throughout the Bowen Basin.
Responsibilities include:- Production execution
- Ensuring conformance with Charter Values, Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct, and relevant statutory obligations
- Demonstrating a commitment to health, safety, and transformation activities
- Supervising the Housing operations team according to the Residential Housing Policy
- Identifying opportunities to improve office procedures and schedules
- Performing general office administrative tasks (e.g., ordering stationery, taking minutes, front desk duties, attending meetings)
- Identifying and entering hazards into EMS
- Conducting audits of service provisions within the BMA Village portfolio
- Maintaining SharePoint, OneNote, and Webex Teams
- Taking minutes and actions during meetings
- Completing control verification activities (CCV) and reporting non-conformances
- Leading field activities and EMS reporting
- Managing document control for Accommodation Operations documents

- Document Control – TEMPO & D2
- SAP Training
- Code of Conduct
- Work Area Familiarization (WAF)
