About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take ownership of large-scale development projects from inception through delivery.

This role is ideal for a driven individual who excels in a dynamic environment where decisions are made promptly, and their input directly impacts outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led and managed the development lifecycle for complex commercial and retail projects
  • Overseen feasibilities, business cases, approvals, design management, construction delivery, and stakeholder negotiations
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and key stakeholders
  • Driven commercial outcomes, ensuring developments were delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
  • Identified new opportunities and contributed to the ongoing growth of the organization
About You
  • Proven track record in senior development roles, preferably within commercial and/or retail built-form projects
  • Strong financial and feasibility modeling skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, finance, or a related field
