Customer Service Leader

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers. As a Customer Service Leader, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the customer service department, front-of-store operations, and checkout areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in fast-paced customer-facing environments, with strong leadership skills to drive a one-team culture prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing. A customer-obsessed individual who continually seeks to understand diverse customer needs to provide outstanding shopping experiences is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team to meet sales targets, cost control requirements, and rostering demands.
  • Ensure excellent service standards by maintaining a clean and safe environment for both team members and customers at the checkouts and customer service desk.
  • Drive a one-team culture that puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first.
