Role Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Perioperative Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse.
  • Proven experience in ENT/Plastics, minor and major Orthopaedics, or Neuro/Spinal Surgery.
  • Current unrestricted registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - AHPRA.
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards.
  • A Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing is highly desirable or actively pursuing.
  • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
