About the Role
As a cleaner at Tamborine Mountain State High School, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our school environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors, and cupboards
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilet facilities and sick bays
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Controlling cobwebs and mildew using extendable equipment as necessary
- Cleaning concrete, bitumen, asphalt, and paved surfaces
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Queensland Government employee status is required for eligibility to apply
- Able to provide two referees with understanding of relevant work history
- Applicants must attach a 1-page written statement in response to the attached role description
