Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Rostering/Recruitment Consultant. As a member of our team, you will play a key part in managing the placement of temporary nurses at all levels and across specialities into public and private hospitals.

Key responsibilities include contributing towards the growth and development of new business via reverse marketing initiatives, ensuring a high standard of customer service in all aspects of your role, internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have strong client service and relationship management skills, exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
