About Our Customer Service Representative Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, resolving issues and helping others.

Our team provides the best automotive buying experience for our customers, and we need someone with excellent communication skills to handle all customer service related enquiries. You will also assist the dispatch manager with tasks related to our online and retail store.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of solid customer service experience
  • Exceptional phone manner and ability to follow up enquiries on the phone, online and face-to-face
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a can-do attitude
  • Proactive and organized approach with a good work ethic and time-management skills
