About You

We are seeking a Deputy Principal who will drive a collaborative culture of learning and support middle leaders, teachers, and support staff to best meet the needs of our students. They will work collaboratively with the Principal to develop staff knowledge and skills to drive school improvement, focusing on improving student outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong relational capability to quickly develop positive relationships between students, staff, and the wider school community.
