Pest Management Supervisor

McLean Farms seeks a skilled Pest Management Supervisor to oversee pest control strategies across various poultry farms.

  • Develop comprehensive pest management plans in conjunction with the Poultry Technical Manager.
  • Collaborate with site managers to standardize processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to evaluate pest control efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the success of pest control strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of pest attendants, assign tasks, and schedule work assignments.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with poultry site managers through professionalism and exceptional service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Certification in pest control management is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in pest management, with a strong understanding of pest control methods.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members from different departments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using pest control equipment and tools, as well as computer software for recordkeeping and reporting.

This role requires working reasonable overtime to meet operational demands. McLean Farms values its employees' health and wellbeing; random drug and alcohol testing is performed on-site.
