Clinical Lead

The Clinical Lead role is focused on delivering exceptional care to residents. This leadership position oversees clinical operations in a residential care home, prioritizing quality care and resident satisfaction.

About the Role:

This senior healthcare professional will report directly to the Facility Manager, supporting and mentoring the clinical team to meet stringent quality standards. They will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate expertise in Aged Care sector knowledge, including ACFI funding and Quality policy protocols.

- Operate independently with minimal supervision, making informed decisions within relevant policy guidelines.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical operations, driving improved outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Health, Welfare, Nursing, or Social Sciences.

- Proven experience in Aged Care accreditation, clinical standards, dementia, and challenging behaviors.

- Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
