Personal Support Worker

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our care team. As a respected not-for-profit organisation, we serve older residents through our high standard of care and community.

About Our Organisation

Our focus is on giving back to older adults by fostering communities of belonging. With multiple homes and thousands of residents and employees across Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania, we are constantly growing.

We offer home care services in various states and have over 700 units in different retirement villages and independent living communities.

The Role
  • Provide personal care to assist residents maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
  • Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
  • Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in progress notes; reports such to the Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse (RN/EN).
  • Check residents' daily menu requirements.
  • Attend to duties allocated or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
  • Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility for shift times/days.
