About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Strategy Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our strategy team, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement effective media strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic responses to client briefs and collaborate with the client team to deliver results
  • Utilize research sources and tools to deliver insights and recommendations on client business, category, culture, and consumer trends
  • Grow expertise in thought leadership and new business development
  • Derive insights and build audience profiles by analyzing and interpreting data
  • Produce key strategic outcomes from data diagnosis
  • Apply tools and systems to identify, extract, and act on consumer insights and trends

Requirements:

  • Strong media channel planning experience
  • Experience across a mix of disciplines (e.g. Planning, Account Service, Project Management, Investment, Performance, Data and Analytics etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the AU media landscape
  • An appetite to learn and grow within our industry and team
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Enjoy working as a part of a team
  • Expertise in both people and category
  • Ability to interpret data to derive insights
