About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Engineer to join our team at NBN Co. As a key member of our End User Technology (EUT) team, you will be responsible for managing our Active Directory (AD) environment, ensuring it meets customer requirements through hands-on work and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical architecture of the AD platform
  • Hands-on work and vendor management
  • Service and process elements, representing NBN Co and EUT as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Developing cost-effective solutions, planning for business continuity, and managing operational risks

Requirements

  • Qualification in IT or a related discipline
  • Microsoft Qualification and ITIL certification
  • Extensive expertise in Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, Office 365, MS OS/SOE
  • Proven track record in technical governance within large organisations
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Managing large EUT environments of 10,000+ users
