Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a purpose-led, not-for-profit organisation that prioritises the health and wellbeing of our staff. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing clinical care and leadership to our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide day-to-day clinical care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion within our team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in clinical care systems and reporting.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in an Enrolled Nurse role in aged care or acute sector.
