Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.

About the Role
  • The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading and managing the front-of-house team, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • This role requires the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
  • Able to manage staff schedules and rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and customer service standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
