• Domestic Assistance: Assist with light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
• Customer Support: Monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress, ensuring timely interventions when needed.

About You:

• Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology, such as mobile apps, for accessing rosters and recording customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Current First Aid certificate/CPR, and Australian Drivers Licence.
• Resources: Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, and a smartphone with internet access.
