About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Commercial Finance Leader to join our team at Nova Systems in Australia. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial financial support, analysis, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for Nova Systems ANZ, ensuring transparency and clear alignment from budget work papers to reported outcomes.
  • Prepare management reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide commentary on ANZ operating unit results.
  • Deliver financial analysis and data-driven insights to support timely and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the ANZ Finance team to define, develop, and deliver project and portfolio performance reporting and P&L performance reporting.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, finance, or a related field, along with professional accounting qualifications (CPA, CA, or equivalent). You must have demonstrated experience in financial governance and control, as well as a proven track record in financial planning and analysis within commercial and/or project settings.
