A rapidly expanding fitness brand is seeking motivated and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team in Osborne Park.

We offer a unique opportunity for trainers to run their own PT business with the support they need to thrive. Our Five-Star facilities provide everything from Cycle Studios and Reformer Pilates to cafés, crèches, saunas, and 360-degree mirrored posing rooms for client progression tracking photos.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Design personalised health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
  3. Build & manage a client base with warm leads provided.
  4. Be actively involved in Transform8 – As part of our 8-week challenge, PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance.
  • Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
  • High energy, charisma & communication skills to engage and motivate members.
