We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our company offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll be challenged every day to make a difference.

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Resolution Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues. You'll provide customers with timely responses to digital, social, chat, and telephone-based requests and effectively resolve complaints.

You'll also manage third-party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues. Additionally, you'll identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss.

Your role will involve working closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues as required. You'll be expected to work on a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekend work.
