Midwifery Unit Coordinator

About the Role:

  • To work in partnership with the Midwifery Team to provide administrative support and ensure performance objectives are achieved in staffing, human resources, and information management.
  • Manage and project a professional image when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration including typing, creating spreadsheets, filing documents, and photocopying/scanning.
  • Collate and coordinate information for reports, including performance reporting and asset management/maintenance registers.

Requirements:

  • Motor Vehicle Licence.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted, including Criminal History checks.
  • This role may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to various diseases.
