The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Executive Manager to lead our Ageing Well Services division. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating our strategic and operational priorities. This will involve overseeing the performance of five residential aged care facilities, as well as our Home Care Services.

Your primary objective will be to drive excellence in clinical governance, risk management, commercial management, operational performance, and quality management. You will work closely with our Corporate Rostering and Finance teams to achieve consumer satisfaction, staff resourcing, and financial outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results. You must also have a passion for driving positive change in ageing, and be committed to upholding the highest standards of clinical governance.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have mid to senior level management experience in a healthcare or aged care setting, and be a Registered Nurse (or eligible for registration with AHPRA). You will also need to demonstrate a strong track record of driving positive change in ageing, with a focus on clinical governance and quality management.
