The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration and operational support to our Learning Management System (LMS).
This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Main point of contact for LMS setup/admin issues.
- Carry out configuration updates and ensure system reliability.
- Build and maintain course setups in the Student Management System (SMS), ensuring correct integration with the LMS.
