Job Description

As a Graduate Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing efficient transportation systems that enhance the quality of life for communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site surveys, investigations, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improving transportation infrastructure.
  • Collecting and analyzing data, undertaking calculations, and providing technical assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Supporting project planning, coordination, and report writing to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Preparing engineering project documents and client presentations to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, or Economics.
  • A strong foundation in analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
