Looking to launch a career in feedlot operations? We offer a comprehensive 12-month graduate program that provides hands-on experience and a guaranteed permanent position upon successful completion.

The program is designed to fast-track your skills and knowledge, with rotations through four key areas:

  • Mill Operations: Feed production, feeding programs, quality control, and machinery use.
  • Maintenance: Preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and safety procedures.
  • Administration: Office operations, finance support, compliance, and HR.

Program highlights include a comprehensive induction, exposure to all operational areas, a day at our processing plant, and practical project work.

We're looking for an enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in livestock and feedlot operations. Required qualifications include a degree in agriculture, animal science, agribusiness, or a related field. A hands-on attitude and team-focused mindset are also essential.

As a member of our team, you'll gain broad industry experience and insights. You'll be supported to grow your skills and confidence across all aspects of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient feed production and distribution systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of mill and maintenance processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
