About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Fencer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the erection of high-quality fencing, assisting with the manufacturing and installation of various types of fencing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the manufacturing and installation of all types of fencing, from rural fencing to high-security fencing.
- Develop skills in interpreting site plans and carrying out works with minimal instruction.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering).
  • Basic understanding of or experience in the construction industry and/or fencing industry.
  • Experience operating plant and machinery.
  • Concreting experience.
  • Basic welding experience.
  • White Card.
  • Forklift license.
  • MR/HR/HC heavy vehicle license.
  • All high-risk work licenses.
