  • Stock and rotate product effectively, maintaining a visually appealing display of fresh seafood.
  • Inspect products regularly for freshness and quality, ensuring that only the best products make it to our shelves.
  • Face merchandise in department, creating an inviting atmosphere that showcases our products.
  • Operate merchandise scale accurately, processing transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Operate stove/oven/fryer as needed, preparing delicious seafood dishes for our customers.

Other Activities

  • Take orders from customers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Build displays and create visual merchandising opportunities to showcase our products.
  • Pack items for sale, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clean/sanitize department, backroom, and cooler/freezer areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Change fryer oil as needed, ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.

Knowledge Requirements

A positive customer service attitude and pleasant personality are essential for success in this role. You must also possess effective memory skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn.
