Job Description\

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fitness professional to deliver our group fitness programs to clients of all ages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing towards improving our programs, attracting and retaining new participants, and assisting with the development of junior staff.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fitness and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess a minimum Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice, as well as industry accreditation and instructional experience.

\

You will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and valued. By joining us, you'll contribute directly to promoting healthy lifestyles and wellbeing within your community.

Requirements\
  • \
  • Hold a minimum Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice.\
  • Holds industry accreditation, preferably with AUDactive.\
  • Instructional experience in the relevant area of practice.\
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs.\
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.\
  • Working With Children Check (Blue Card) required.\
