About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to manage the operational delivery of hosted events, including kids' parties and corporate team-building events. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 casual hosts, ensuring the successful execution of events across Australia.

This role offers invaluable experience in event management, operations, scheduling, and people management. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to the development of innovative kids' party packs and team-building events, and drive continuous improvement in event delivery processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of talented hosts across Australia, providing guidance and support to ensure event success.
  • Recruit and develop a team of exceptional children's entertainers and team-building facilitators, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Oversee state-specific Team Leaders to ensure effective on-the-ground organisation, ensuring seamless event delivery.
  • Ensure hosts are well-suited and thoroughly trained for their events, providing ongoing training and regular feedback.
  • Approve and manage host invoices and expense reports, maintaining financial transparency and control.
  • Coordinate team schedules and manage availabilities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Oversee equipment management and event preparation, guaranteeing that all necessary materials and resources are available for events.
  • Manage post-booking processes and customer feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the creation of new kids' party packs, team-building events, and experiences, leveraging your creativity and expertise.
  • Analyse feedback trends to enhance event experiences and processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on event delivery and team management.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with hosts, team leaders, and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, remaining calm under pressure and finding creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Superior time management and people management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in event delivery and administrative tasks.
