We're seeking a skilled Customer Banking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering a seamless banking experience for our customers.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to assist customers with general banking transactions, answer questions and queries, and build personal connections through meaningful conversations face-to-face and through our direct channels.
- Assisting Customers: You will help customers with everyday banking tasks, provide information, and address their queries.
- Building Relationships: You will foster strong relationships with customers by engaging in meaningful conversations, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions.
- Technology and Digital Solutions: You will work with customers to utilize our in-branch technology and digital banking options, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed to manage their finances effectively.
- Financial Health Checks: You will conduct thorough financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Applications and Processing: You will process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capturing Feedback: You will use specialized tools to capture customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive exceptional service standards.
