Culinary Team Member Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our vibrant community hub at voco and Hotel Indigo Brisbane. As a member of our culinary team, you will contribute to creating memorable stays for our guests by delivering exceptional, locally sourced and seasonal gastronomic delights.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Work collaboratively with our talented Culinary Brigade to achieve high culinary standards and minimal food wastage
- Assist in managing a designated kitchen section with precision and creativity
- Develop innovative ideas for menu development and daily specials
- Maintain a seamless relationship between the kitchen and front of house teams

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completion of a commercial cookery course (Cert III or IV) or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
