The Role

We are seeking an experienced, focused, and well-organized Sales and Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding quality customer service to both new and existing customers in and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong sales and customer service relationships with new and existing customers
  • Accurate and appropriate windows and doors product selection based on customer requirements, relevant standards, and specifications
  • Reading of plans and taking off quantities for quoting
  • Accurate and timely creation of quotations and orders using V6 software
  • Site measurements
  • Daily management and update of CRM

Requirements

  • Successful technical sales background and prior demonstrable experience in windows and doors, glass, or related building industry
  • Computer skills with previous experience using quoting software (V6 preferred)
  • Ability to understand the technical product, building codes, regulations, including Australian Standards
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused and relationship-building outcomes
