Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children
  • Develop and implement centre policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to drive business growth and improvement
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community to promote the centre and its services

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience in leading a team and managing change within early education
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
