About The Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Your primary focus will be on managing the performance and outcomes of the engineering team, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and operational management to the engineering team.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering governance and contractual obligations.
  • Manage day-to-day resourcing, knowledge capture, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering discipline.
  • Experience using applicable engineering toolsets.
  • Systems engineering experience.
  • Extensive experience in relatable technical/engineering roles.
  • Ability to manage scope, budgets, and schedules.
