Job Title: Cloud Collaboration Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a driven professional to manage our cloud-based collaboration ecosystem, leveraging cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows and foster organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the entire ecosystem: Monitor key metrics to guide responses to daily challenges.
  • Balancing security and enablement: Identify gaps and drive improvements to elevate governance practices while unleashing user potential.
  • Collaborative problem solver: Bridge between our organization and Atlassian product teams, managing support requests, bug reports, and feature enhancements with partners and vendors.
  • User success champion: Engage with internal stakeholders and Atlassian peers to track product adoption, foster user success, and pinpoint growth opportunities across our collaboration portfolio.
  • Trend monitoring: Continuously monitor emerging solutions in the Atlassian marketplace to keep our workflows supported with the best tools available.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience administering Jira and Confluence in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner) is beneficial.
  • Experience working in agile or DevOps environments.
