We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely collections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of customer accounts and ensuring accurate records and timely collections.">
  • Processing customer rebates and analyzing data to match with customer claims.">
  • Managing payments, adjustments, and reconciliations with accuracy and compliance to accounting policies.">
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.">
  • Proactively contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and resolving payment discrepancies.">
  • Preparing reports for management on a weekly/monthly basis.">
  • Collaborating with Sales representatives to maintain open communication and manage outstanding customer accounts.">

This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking skills, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate should have:

Minimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable Role.
