About This Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Community Engagement & Events team, you will be responsible for promoting the school, strengthening connections with families, and ensuring smooth event execution throughout the year.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. They will also possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the school through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print materials
  • Develop and implement event strategies to engage students, parents, and staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and external partners to plan and execute events
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Engagement & Events team, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, event planning, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
