Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial candidates to join our team as Strategic Management Consultants. As a Consultant at L.E.K., you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of strategy, transaction advice, and strategy activation cases across various industries. You will be responsible for guiding and managing case teams, working closely with clients to ensure the effective implementation of recommendations, and developing the business acumen necessary to quickly identify key client issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Critical Issues: Work with Partners and Managers to outline the client's key business issues that need resolution.
  • Structure Analyses: Develop a plan to find the answers to critical questions, including market growth drivers, competitive profiling, and broad market trends.
  • Manage Team's Day-to-Day Activities: Guide and mentor Associates on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the team is on-track to accurately solve the problem and deliver an answer.
  • Solve the Case: Ensure the team is working towards delivering high-quality, actionable answers to client business problems.
  • Turn Strategy into Action: Work closely with senior members of the client organization to ensure strategies are actioned and impact realized.

Qualifications and Experience
  • MBA Qualification: A postgraduate degree in Business Administration.
  • 5+ Years Relevant Industry Experience: Post-undergraduate degree experience in a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Lead a Team: Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent Written, Analytical, and Verbal Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
