Occupational Therapist Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services to our clients in the community while leading and supporting a team of Occupational Therapists.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a reduced caseload and provide leadership and direction for the delivery of occupational therapy services within your team.
- Support a culture of positive engagement, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within your team.
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of team members and manage caseloads to ensure therapists achieve the appropriate balance to achieve productivity, quality, and role satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and direction for the management of staff, resources, and leave.
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Police Check Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn to use new IT systems in line with the requirements of the role.
