About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting Eden, a leading provider of aged care services in the beautiful Eden township. As a Registered Nurse with Uniting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, empowering them to maintain a sense of purpose and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide clinical leadership and take the lead in providing clinical services
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to advocate for clients' quality of life
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers

Requirements
  • Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector
  • Adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness, and excellent time management skills
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice
  • Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
