This role involves arranging social activities, providing assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, domestic assistance, community access, and social support.

You will also be responsible for documenting services provided, incidents, and completing reports as required.

We require you to have a valid Police Check (essential), NDIS Workers Screening Check, and a current Driver's License (desirable).

Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care is also desirable, but not essential.
