Master Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Master Fabricator. This role will involve leading a team of fabricators in the production of high-quality piping systems, structural steel, plate fabrication, and site installation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dimensional checking, experience with all work disciplines in a workshop environment, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of fabricators to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship through regular inspections and quality control checks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience
