Role Overview
Oversee the operational functions of the store to cultivate a positive, sales-oriented environment and achieve profitable sales growth.
Key Duties
- Enhance the knowledge and capabilities of Warehouse and Administration teams.
- Foster a welcoming store atmosphere to ensure an outstanding customer experience and effectively address any customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative standards.
- Supervise store activities to ensure alignment with the company's core policies and standard operating procedures.
- Establish and manage efficient warehouse inventory control processes and systems.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail.
- Proven experience in warehouse and administration roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in leading teams effectively.
