High Dependency Unit Nurse

Work as a skilled nurse in our high dependency unit, delivering patient-centred clinical care and collaborating with the healthcare team.
The successful candidate will provide safe and efficient management of care within professional guidelines, including legislation, regulations, standards, codes, qualifications, registration, and clinical competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets contemporary standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
- Manage patient care within scope of practice and professional guidelines.
- Care for patients with Non-Invasive Ventilation/Airvo requirements, with Invasive Ventilation skills competency preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ECG and Cardiac arrhythmia interpretation, intravenous cannulation, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Possess current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with no restrictions.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of one year post-graduate experience.
- Demonstrated digital and computer proficiency.
- Australian Citizenship, permanent residency, or a current work Visa with no restrictions.
