Job Summary

We're seeking a visionary Retail Store Manager to lead our dynamic team to new heights. As a key member of our retail operations, you'll be responsible for driving sales, exceeding goals, and creating unforgettable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, selling, and coaching your team to success.
  • Drive Sales: Strategically manage the store to achieve and exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that lives and breathes PUMA's brand values.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer interaction is aligned with PUMA's world-class service standards.
  • Optimize Operations: Oversee inventory, loss prevention, and operational compliance, ensuring a seamless and profitable store environment.
  • Be the Brand Ambassador: Communicate and execute marketing initiatives, events, and visual guidelines, maintaining PUMA's distinctive brand identity.
  • Build the Future: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, preparing your team for the next step in their PUMA journey.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: 2-4 years in management within a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel/footwear.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
  • Talent Development: A knack for identifying, training, and retaining top talent.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and inspire both your team and customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects and events.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other essential tools.
